At present, domestic coking flue gas desulphurization mostly adopts wet desulphurization process, which can reduce the smoke temperature to about 55℃. The flue gas at this temperature is directly discharged into the atmosphere and condensed into water droplets, forming "white plume" under the refraction of sunlight, causing certain visual pollution to the surrounding residents.
The flue gas from the waste heat boiler first passes through the flue gas cooler to transfer the heat of the flue gas to the circulating water, and the circulating water ends through the flue gas heater to heat the flue gas into the chimney to a certain temperature. After the flue gas is removed from the desulfurization tower in the middle, a condenser is set to remove part of the water in the flue gas, so as to complete the whitening transformation.
